1. Purpose

"Cre'Online", through its website www.rewarded-surveys.co.uk, offers members that have voluntarily registered to its internet site the opportunity to participate in online marketing surveys. Once registered, internet users who become panellists may earn points:

• By responding to surveys sent to their e-mail address and accessible from the site
• By sponsoring new members
• By applying to product tests

Points earned can be converted into gifts under certain conditions. The goal of this document is to set out the Terms and Conditions of Use of these services by the members of Rewarded Surveys, i.e. holders of an Account on the site www.rewarded-surveys.co.uk.

2. Quality

Members of Rewarded Surveys may only be physical individuals. Any companies registered with the Trade and Companies Register, as well as associations are expressly excluded. The panel is open exclusively to persons:

• over the age of 16
• with a valid e-mail address
• resident in the United Kingdom

3. Membership/Account Holder Member

A person becomes a panellist when s/he has:

• completed the mandatory fields on the registration form,
• approved these Terms and Conditions of Use,
• approved the Privacy Policy,
• consented to data handling,
• clicked the link received by email to confirm registration

Cre’Online reserves the right to accept or to refuse the registration of any person to its panel without having to justify this decision.

4. Username and password

An Account Holder Member is characterised by a username and a password validated by "Rewarded Surveys". The password that allows the member to identify him or herself and to log in to services is personal and confidential. Members are solely responsible for the use of their password. Any substitution of the username and password of another member is strictly prohibited.

5. Duty of the panellist

In general, the panelist undertakes to participate actively and regularly in the studies to which s/he is invited. Participation is by no means mandatory.
Members must answer the questions asked honestly and spontaneously, based on their personality, tastes and concerns. They undertake to keep the nature of the products and concepts discussed during the studies secret. panelists undertake to regularly update their personal information.
Members may not assign all or part of these rights and obligations to a third party. The contract is personal and unique and each member has one sole username.
Members may sponsor other members but these sponsorships must be carried out in a serious manner. "Cre'Online" reserves the right to permanently disable the account of any member who performs fraudulent sponsorships (non-existent persons etc.) and/or does not comply with the terms and conditions.

6. Non-compliance with the Privacy - Liability

In the case of non-compliance with his/her commitments and rules of conduct, "Cre'Online" reserves the right to disable access to the account of a Member without delay and without any formality. All points accrued will immediately be cancelled.
"Cre'Online" has implemented computer tools that allow it to:

• Detect inconsistent responses
• Check the response time of the panelists
• Detect panelists with multiple accounts
• Detect responses that offend public morality

7. Duration of the contract

This contract shall enter into force once the Member has accepted this Charter, subject to confirmation from "Rewarded-Surveys" that the Member can open an account, and for an indeterminate period. Each of the parties may terminate it without reason and without notice. However, if a member remains inactive for three full years, his/her registration will be terminated.

To unsubscribe, Members can go to the "My Account” page, click on "Unsubscribe" and follow the instructions.

8. Rewards for panellists

In consideration of their involvement in studies, Members receive points. The number of points earned will be clearly communicated before each study. panelists may also receive points when a person sponsored by the member signs up to www.rewarded-surveys.co.uk website
These points can be exchanged according to the terms laid out on the “Rewards” page of the website.
When a member unsubscribes, the remainder of non-exchangeable points will be permanently forfeited.

9. Constitution by Cre’Online of a Members’ file

Cre Online compiles a file containing information about all its members. The collection of this information is for the purpose of building and using a database of panellists likely to respond to market surveys that correspond to their profile. Cre'Online is committed to implementing appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.

10. Limitation of Liability

Gifts that are sent are addressed to the member, who is therefore the sole person responsible for the use thereof and whether or not s/he wants to share with family or personal relations.
"Cre'Online" is in no case responsible for the use which is made of gifts sent to its members. It is therefore the responsibility of each Member to respect the use prescribed by the company producing and/or distributing the service or product that "Rewarded-Surveys" places at a member’s disposal.
The use of the product offered by "Rewarded-Surveys" is therefore the sole and entire responsibility of the member. "Rewarded-Surveys" may in no case be held responsible for improper or poor use of a product that has been sent.
A "quick polls” section is available to users. Cre’Online reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in this space which does not comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use or that would contravene applicable legislation, in particular provisions relating to data protection. If necessary, Cre’Online also reserves the possibility to implicate the civil and/or criminal liability of the user, in particular in the case of messages that are racist, offensive, defamatory or pornographic in nature, regardless of the media used (text, photography,...).
Furthermore, rules that are specific to this section have been established. They can be consulted on the website here. Any quick poll that does not respect these rules will be deleted and the member’s access to this space will be suspended in the event of recidivism.

11. Access to and management of your personal data

In application of the General Data Protection Regulation, each member has the following rights with regards to his or her personal data:

• The right to access the data to know what personal data we have about you and to obtain a copy. Exercise of the right to access allows you to check the accuracy of your data and if required, to have it rectified or deleted.
• The right to restrict handling, to request that your personal data is no longer used in some cases.
• The right to rectify, to request that your personal data be updated or modified.
• The digital right to be forgotten (right to erasure), to obtain the deletion of your personal data.
• The right to oppose handling, to oppose the use of your personal data and obtain its deletion.
• The right to withdraw consent if you want to unsubscribe.
• Portability rights to obtain a copy of the information that you have provided in order to pass it on to another company, on the basis of a reasoned and non-abusive request.

Each Member may at any time exercise these rights through his or her account for the right to access, to rectify and to delete, and by contacting us at the address [email protected] for the other rights.

12. Intellectual Property and Forgery

"Cre'Online" is the owner of all intellectual property rights or holds the rights to use all the items accessible on the site, including the texts, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds and software. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, regardless of the means or the process used is prohibited, except with the prior written permission of the owner. Any unauthorised use of the site or of any of the elements it contains will be considered as constituting infringement and will be legally pursued in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 and following of the Code of Intellectual Property.

13. Cookies

One or more "cookies" will be placed on the hard drive of the member’s computer, in particular in order to facilitate management of "Rewarded-Surveys" and for statistical purposes (pages consulted, date and time of the visits, etc...). Members are informed about the possibility to manage preferences regarding cookies.

14. Availability of Services

"Cre'Online" strives to maintain rewarded-surveys.co.uk accessible 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, but is under no obligation to do so. Therefore, “Cre'Online" can interrupt the access, including for reasons of maintenance and upgrade, or for any other reasons, including technical reasons. "Cre'Online" can in no case be held responsible for these interruptions and the consequences they may have for the Member or any third party.
We remind users that Cre’Online may terminate or change the nature of its Services at any time and without prior notice.

15. Availability/Security – Internet network

Members declare and guarantee that they are perfectly aware of the characteristics and constraints of the Internet, and in particular that the transmission of data and information on the Internet can only benefit from relative technical reliability, as they circulate on heterogeneous networks whose characteristics and technical capacities vary, which disrupts access or makes it impossible at certain periods.

16. Citation - Promotion - Advertising

"Cre'Online" may quote the information that Members have explicitly declared to be usable, for the needs of presenting, promoting, advertising and/or marketing relative to its activities and/or to its services. Members hereby issue "Cre'Online" with all necessary authorisations to this end.

17. Miscellaneous

The parties are agreed that "Cre'Online" can fully amend its services and/or the terms of this Charter, in particular in relation to technical evolutions of the service. "Cre'Online" undertakes to inform Members about any amendments to the Charter. Modifications are presented on the "Rewarded-Surveys" site, and it is up to the members to familiarise themselves with them. Any dispute, after the failure of all attempts at conciliation, will be submitted to the competent courts.
